INVENTIONS

1.Dynamite:-


Dynamite is an explosive made of nitroglycerin, sorbents, and stabilizers. It was invented by the Swedish chemist and engineer Alfred Nobel in Geesthacht, Northern Germany, and was patented in 1867. It rapidly gained wide-scale use as a more robust alternative to the traditional black powder explosives.

2.Blasting cap:-


Blasting cap, also called Detonator, device that initiates the detonation of a charge of a high explosive by subjecting it to percussion by a shock wave.

3.Gelignite:-


Gelignite, also known as blasting gelatin or simply "jelly", is an explosive material consisting of collodion-cotton dissolved in either nitroglycerine or nitro-glycol and mixed with wood pulp and saltpetre. It was invented in 1875, by Swedish chemist Alfred Nobel, who also invented dynamite.
